Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist & Health coach
As a licensed dietitian, I understand that a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach rarely works when it comes to healthy eating and lifestyle changes. Restrictive diets might bring quick results but are often unsustainable long-term. They can lead to burnout, deprivation, and a negative relationship with food over time. On the other hand, a completely intuitive eating approach without any structure can also be challenging, especially in this fast-paced and stressful world.
I don't believe in black-and-white, all-or-nothing thinking when it comes to nutrition. Instead, I help clients find the right balance tailored to their unique needs. This means we can use more precise strategies like macro/calorie tracking when desired and helpful. However, the end goal is to develop internal flexibility, awareness, and skills to transition toward sustainability.
The way I see it, results that you are unable to maintain are not truly success. My role is to collaborate with you to find an approach you can realistically sustain so you can thrive in the long run.
